[Guide] Install/Sideload Android Apps on Windows 11

 Disclaimer***: Android support on windows 11 is still in beta stage as of now. You can beta test some limited apps only if you are truly American. As we are not that we are about to do some dirty tricks which may or may not harm your Operating system causing you bluescreens and stuff. So if you really need it don't do it. Wait for the official support from Microsoft. Or if you are someone like me who wants to try out and learn stuff knowing the risks, you may proceed. But still it's totally your responsibility. Don't blame me.

Recuirements:
- Windows 11 Professional (If you have "Home" or others, theres a risky workaround below)
- Minimum 8GB (laggy), Recommended 16GB of RAM.
- Virtualization in BIOS settings.
- SSD (For better performance)

Workaround for Windows 10 Home:

Only Windows 11 Pro supports virtualization which other lower versions do not. As the android system runs only on virtualization it is required that you have the pro version. We need Hyper-V and its associating features enabled in order to support virtualization so we need to manually install it.
***I saw only one comment claiming to have bluescreen after this. So be cautious.

- Restart your computer

Let's get started:
- Go to your PC's bios settings and enable Virtualization. If you don't know how kindly google based on your motherboard or Laptop's model.
- Logon to your Windows and press "🪟 Win + R" OR search for the "Run" application. Type this and press enter:

- Look for "Hyper-V". If it's not there then check Workaround for Windows 10 Home section above.
- Enable this and it's associating features then Restart your computer.

- Next up you need Windows Subsystem for Android in Windows 11 from Windows Store. But inorder to install that directly you have to be a true american. You will need a American Microsoft account. VPN won't work. So we need to install it manually.
- Go to https://store.rg-adguard.net/
- Choose ProductId from the drop-down menu and then paste the below number:

- Now, choose "Slow" from the drop-down menu next to the tick or check icon.
- Select the ‘checkbox’ option to allow the program to immediately find download links for the.msixbundle from Microsoft’s servers.
- Download the largest file (Around 1.3GB) with the .msixbundle extension. Name should be like this "MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid....."

- Search for Windows Terminal/Powershell/CMD on your PC and Run it as Administrator. Type:

Add-AppxPackage -Path

- Go to your downloads folder and locate the .msixbundle file. Right-click and press "Copy as path"
- Back to your Windows terminal, put a space after -Path and paste the location of the file you just copied. Should look like this:


Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Users\ADMIN\Downloads\MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid_bluh_bluh_bluh.msixbundle"

- Press enter and wait for it to finish.

- Search for "Windows Subsystem for Android" and run it. Allow it to install any required plugins (ADB and such) then go to "Developers" tab and enable Developer mode. Exit or minimize the app.
- Go to Microsoft Store and search for "WSA Tools". Or use this link: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/wsatools-apk-installer-and-more/9N4P75DXL6FG?hl=en-fm&gl=FM
- Install and open it. Now you should have a dedicated android app installer.
- Download .apk files from wherever you want (Apkpure to be safe) and open them in WSA Tools. It should be installed immediately.
- If there's any error, you missed some steps. Check again.
- You can easily search for your installed android apps from Windows Search.

Congratulations. You have successfully installed and run an Android app on Windows 11.

When you are done and closed all android apps, run "Windows Subsystem for Android Settings" again and look for the option "Turn off Windows Subsystem for Android". Press it to free up all the RAM occupied by this whole system.
